(immune thrombocytopenia), identify prognostic molecular biomarkers for newly diagnosed ITP patients as well as predictive biomarkers for ITP patients receiving thrombopoietin agonist treatment; Using genetic and genomic tools to identify variants accounting for thrombosis associated with OCP; Designing and developing next-generation sequencing based molecular diagnostic tests.
